Fullerton House District 1

Fullerton House District 1 is a homestay in District 1 of Ho Chi Minh City, with a garden, a terrace and a private bathroom in every room. The property stands on a quiet street with cafés and restaurants close by, and suits travellers who want a residential base in the centre of the city.

The four room options range from 18 m² to 25 m². The Superior Double Room is the largest and the only one with a city view, while the Budget and Deluxe Double Rooms look onto an inner courtyard. The three rooms with a kitchen, fitted with a refrigerator, microwave and electric kettle, also have air conditioning and a seating area. The Budget Double Room has a desk for working, and the fourth room is a double with a large king-size bed and a private bathroom.

Free private parking is available on site, and WiFi in the rooms is free of charge. Guests can also use the garden and terrace, and the property is non-smoking throughout.

In the bathrooms of the first three rooms you find a bidet, a hairdryer and free toiletries, while the Superior and Deluxe rooms add a flat-screen TV. Choose the Superior room for the view and the space, the Deluxe for a larger courtyard room with a TV, or the Budget room for a more compact option.

Free private parking is available on site, and no reservation is needed to use it. WiFi is available in the rooms and is free of charge, and internet services are offered at the property as well.

Outdoor space comes in the form of a garden and a terrace that guests share, and the homestay is non-smoking throughout, with non-smoking rooms as well. Air conditioning is available in the rooms, and every room has a private bathroom.

The neighbourhood feels local and residential, with the busier avenues of the centre a short ride away.

Tan Son Nhat International Airport is 3.6 km away and Saigon Railway Station is 2 km away, so the property is well placed for the first and last legs of a trip. The Vietnam History Museum and the War Remnants Museum are each 1.3 km away, a walk of about 15 minutes or a short taxi ride. The Ben Thanh market and the Nguyễn Huệ walking street, both in the centre of District 1, are a short taxi ride away.

Da Kao Market and Le Van Tam Park are each 350 m away, and Tan Dinh Market is 400 m away, so a morning stroll to the markets can start right at the door. Mornings are the busiest time at the markets, when the stalls are full and the local trade is at its height. For a longer day out, the Fine Arts Museum is 2.4 km away.
